Are the prices really fixed?
For websites and the speed-up, yes: the price is agreed before we start and doesn't move. Web apps are priced per stage, so you always know the next number.
Do you do design too?
Interfaces, yes. For a brand or a logo I bring in an illustrator I trust and you pay them directly.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Hosting, domains and the repository are in your accounts.
Can I return it?
Every launch comes with two weeks of fixes. After that there's ongoing care, or you take it from there with everything you need.
